Sometimes you don't have the option of re-roofing. Or maybe you simply are trying to extend the life of the existing roof system. This is where a coating can be beneficial to help prolong the life of the existing roof and even get a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 10-20 years!). In the end, it is cheaper to restore your roof than to replace it.
These are the three types of restoration that are our bread-and-butter:
Step 1: Power wash and clean entire roof with Rust-Off
Step 2: Prime entire roof with our Metal Primer
Step 3: Check and Caulk every fastener head
Step 4: Reinforce every existing seam with Base Coat and Spunflex Fabric
Step 5: Seal entire roof with one of our approved acrylic top coatings

Roof Restoration simply means the process of cleaning, repairing, and recoating a roof.
If a roof restoration is done properly, it should have a lifespan of anywhere from 15 to 25 years.
Some factors that affect this lifespan include:
-sunlight (UV) conditions
-coating/color choice
-mold/mildew growth
A restoration is always cheaper than a replacement. Replacement costs on average between $18 and $22 per square foot. Restoration is usually only $3 to $6 per square foot (since less labor and materials are required).
